With 19 years of catering experience - 3 Cheers Hospitality (previously known as Prairie Bay Catering) has catered over one thousand weddings, and thousands of special events including Rehearsal Dinners, Milestone Birthdays and Anniversaries, Surprise Parties, Showers, Celebrations of Life, Private Corporate  Events, Music Festivals, Fundraising Events of all sizes including Dancing With the Stars for our Local Habitat For Humanity, Lakes Area Music Festival Dinners and Teen Challenge Dinners with counts reach 800-900 attendees.

Locally owned, 3 Cheers Hospitality owns and operates Baia Della in Baxter, MN, which serves as our catering kitchen.
